Reminder 注意事項
- Quota for each session are limited, first-come-first-serve.
每個參觀時段的名額有限，先到先得。 - Participants may choose more than 1 session for different visiting unit.
For the same visiting unit, participants can only choose 1 session. If
participants choose more than 1 session for the same visiting unit, the
Secretariat will allocate the earliest chosen session without prior
notice.
參加者可選擇參觀多個不同的機構單位，但同一機構單位只可選擇一個時段。如參加者於同一機構單位選擇多於一個時段，秘書處將會安排最早的選擇時段而不另作通知。 - Confirmation Email will be issued to successful participants after
enrolment deadline.
大會將於截止日期後以 電郵 通知成功報名人士。 - Participants should arrive at the visiting venue before the start of the
visit.
參加者須於參觀時段開始前自行前往參觀機構。
Nine Service Units open for participants to visit two weeks before the
Symposium (Names not in order).
九個服務單位於研考會前兩星期開放給參加者參觀 (排名不分先後)
