Reminder 注意事項

1. Quota for each session are limited, first-come-first-serve.
   每個參觀時段的名額有限，先到先得。
2. Participants may choose more than 1 session for different visiting unit. For the same visiting unit, participants can only choose 1 session. If participants choose more than 1 session for the same visiting unit, the Secretariat will allocate the earliest chosen session without prior notice.
   參加者可選擇參觀多個不同的機構單位，但同一機構單位只可選擇一個時段。如參加者於同一機構單位選擇多於一個時段，秘書處將會安排最早的選擇時段而不另作通知。
3. Confirmation Email will be issued to successful participants after enrolment deadline.
   大會將於截止日期後以 電郵 通知成功報名人士。
4. Participants should arrive at the visiting venue before the start of the visit.
   參加者須於參觀時段開始前自行前往參觀機構。
