家庭醫學診所病人資訊站

家庭醫學診所設有病人資訊站，主要為病人／市民提供疾病及社區資源資訊，以加強大眾對保健及預防疾病的知識，提昇病人在社區及家中的自我照顧能力。

病人資訊站設有桌上電腦、輕觸式螢幕設計電腦系統及打印機。透過電腦資料庫，使用者可獲取各類疾病基本知識、疾病自我評估、健康飲食及社區資源等資訊，更可列印相關資料供日後參考，費用全免，歡迎大眾參觀使用。

門診接待大使義工隊伍由一班熱心人士組成，主要協助推展病人資訊站服務，並為有需要的到診人士提供支援。如你有趣加入門診接待大使行列，請與我們聯絡。

Patient Resource Corner (PRc) is now setup in Family Medicine Clinic to provide disease-related information and community resources information to patients and the general public, with the aim of raising their concern on health protection and prevention of diseases, and thus empowering them for better self-management.

Computer with touch screen and printer have been set up in the PRc. Users can obtain information on diseases, self-assessment, healthy diet and community resources through the integrated computer database. The information can also be printed for future reference at no charge. All patients and the general public are welcome!

The clinic ambassador team comprises of persons who are enthusiastic and energetic. They are mainly responsible for the promotion of PRc services and to provide support for the out-patients. If you are interested in joining the clinic ambassador team, please don't hesitate to contact us!
